For sale is an absolutely wonderful German weatherstaion with thermometer and barometer. The case is made of hand curved hand painted wood, the barometer under glass is enframed with brass (as I think). The motif of the wood shows a tree and a house in the Black Forest, as known from cuckoo clocks.

Due to age, the painting is somewhat rubbed and minimally bumped at the edges, the brass rim shows some patina but this does not affect the beautiful overall impression as I find. The instruments run - but I cannot assure whether the signals are exact! In any case, you should adjust the barometer to the height of your home using the rear set screws.
