Weather Station Swiss with Barometer. Very rare to see this configuration. Clock runs when winding it, but I didn't wind all the way and it ran for over a day, was keeping time. Has a sweet tick to it The clock and case.

As some cosmetic signs from age. I did not test the alarm, but I do get that little tick on passing the small hand, I think the pull out head is missing to set alarm.

Recent high end estate find, I do no repairs or clock work nor has this seen a clock smith so I have no idea if will need any service.
